Eligibility and Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
To open an account on bt11 and participate in any game or betting activity, you must be at least 21 years old. bt11 may request valid identification at any time to verify age. Operating an account by anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited and such accounts will be closed immediately.
2.2 One Account Policy
Each user may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts from the same person, household, device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of bonuses.
2.3 Registration Information

Account Management
3.1 Account Security
Keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Do not give anyone else access to your account. Report any unauthorised use of your account to our support team immediately. bt11 will not be responsible for any failure to maintain account security.
3.2 Account Suspension or Closure
bt11 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts in the following circumstances:
- Any violation of these Terms
- If fraud or fraudulent activity is detected
- If evidence of providing false information is found
- Evidence of operating multiple accounts
- Evidence of bonus abuse
- If a security risk is detected
3.3 Voluntary Account Closure
You may request closure of your account at any time through our 24/7 live chat. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any funds remaining in your balance before closure, however bonus funds for which wagering conditions have not been met will be forfeited.
Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Rules
The following mobile banking methods are accepted for depositing funds into bt11: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
The following conditions apply to withdrawals:
- Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000
- Withdrawal processing generally takes 30 minutes to 3 hours

4.3 Currency
All transactions on bt11 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currency are not accepted.
4.4 Suspicious Transactions

Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example, if you deposit ৳10,000 you will receive an additional ৳10,000 as a bonus. A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to receive this bonus.
5.2 Wagering Conditions
A wagering requirement of 25 times (25x) applies to the welcome bonus. This means that if you receive a ৳10,000 bonus, you must wager a total of ৳250,000 (৳10,000 × 25) to become eligible for withdrawal. There is a set time limit for completing the wagering requirement.
5.3 VIP and Cashback
bt11's VIP program has 5 tiers, with weekly cashback benefits available at each tier:
- Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
- Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
- Diamond — up to 1.0% weekly cashback
Eligibility for VIP tier changes depends on your gaming activity and is determined at bt11's discretion.
5.4 General Bonus Conditions
- Each promotion may have its own terms
- It may not be possible to have multiple bonuses active at the same time
- bt11 reserves the right to modify or cancel promotional offers at any time
- If bonus abuse is proven, the bonus will be forfeited

6.1 Fair Play Policy
